The Self-Service dashboard in Radiant Workforce is designed to give employees a simple, intuitive view of everything they can manage independently. From the dashboard, employees can view my trainings, track assigned learning programs, and submit feedback when required.
Leave and attendance-related actions are handled directly through leave requests, attendance requests, late arrival or early exit requests, overtime requests, and work-from-home submissions all routed automatically for approval. Financial requests such as advance salary, loan requests, expense claims, and allowances or earnings requests are submitted with full transparency and tracking.
